Building Community for Every Trailblazer
Our mission is to foster a thriving educational community through Community, Communication, and Committees. We embrace diversity, encourage open dialogue, and collaborate on purpose-driven initiates to support students, teachers, and the entire school community. Together, we create an enriching and inclusive educational journey for every child in our community.
What is the Parent Teacher Association (PTA)?
As a Texas PTA our mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
We believe that mission takes more than parents, students, and educators – it takes an entire community. PTA is focused on strengthening education and taking a comprehensive approach to community success. And we know there is no commYOUnity without YOU – our members, our business leaders, our decision-makers.
Our JLJ PTA is dedicated to supporting our amazing staff, empowering our students and building a strong and united community.
Why join the PTA?
The Joe Lee Johnson Parent Teacher Association advocates for the whole academic community. Whether you are interested in volunteering, improving student outcomes, or just meeting other parents and families, the JLJ PTA offers connection and community.
